Moving in or out of a property

If you live in the Freight Village development, your account for paying for your energy will be with Sycous.

Use the Sycous website (opens new window) to tell them about changes to your account. Or you can call them on 0333 880 3115 or email hello@mysycous.com  

Any outstanding cost on the account is connected to you as a person and not the home you are leaving. You will need to pay this before you move out. 

We will contact you if we need to discuss anything with you, provide or retrieve anything before you move out.
